Is your sizing chart accurate?

No, our sizing chart is NOT 100% accurate. Please note that these conversions are approximations only as each manufacturers are different. We still encourage you to take your own measurement. Our sizing chart is for guiding purposes only.

I provided a wrong address, how do I change it?

Please send us an email to briana@fashionpheeva.com within 24 hours so we can update it. If order has been processed and shipped, unfornately, we can no longer change it.

I need to change the size/color of my order.

My order/s don't fit, please help!

I change my mind, need to cancel my order now?

We tried to fulfill orders within 24 hours after you placed it, if order has been processed we can no longer cancel it. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email from Aftership with your tracking code/s. To track, use our Track My Order page that can be seen in the footer of the website. Enter your tracking code and you will see the movement of your parcel.

I have missing items or orders, why is that?

Please note that all our product collections come from different suppliers, so if you bought multiple items, that comes with the different supplier, all items will not arrive all at the same time. Rest assured it will be delivered to your doorstep very soon.

How do I return a product?

Please send us an email to briana@fashionpheeva.comWe will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How do I get a refund?

You will be receiving an automatic email notification from our system letting you know that a refund has been processed. Please note that depending on how quickly your bank works, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

What to do if I receive the wrong product?

Please send us an email to briana@fashionpheeva.com within 24hours. You can keep the wrong product and we replace it with the correct order with no additional cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally and the shipping approximates is 2-8 weeks depending on the carrier that has been used. Also, please take note that we are not responsible for any tax (Customs Tax) incurred by your country.

How much is shipping to my country?

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept Paypal and all major credit cards for payment.

How do you secure my financial information?

We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
